The Channel 10 star’s wife Narelda Jacobs is expecting their first child just months after their wedding.
In a video shared on Instagram Stories on Saturday, Karina showed the progress of her pregnancy.
She beamed as she strolled down the street, her blossoming baby bump on display in a pair of snakeskin print biker shorts.
Karina accessorized the look with a black shirt that she buttoned above her hip to reveal her growing belly.
The brunette appeared to be wearing minimal make-up and was wearing a pair of sunglasses as well as a handbag over her shoulder.

It came after Karina hit back at cruel trolls after the couple were criticized over her pregnancy.
Narelda (48) and Karina (39) announced last month that they are expecting their first child together.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the couple shared a cute carousel of clips and photos showing them enjoying life since revealing their big news.
One shot showed the pair looking glamorous in stunning gowns as they stood in Sydney city centre.
Narelda held the train of her black dress over Karina’s hip before pulling it back to reveal her growing baby ass, which was accentuated by the large black bow on Karina’s dress.
Another sweet picture shows Narelda and Karina sharing an intimate holiday-themed moment.
Narelda also took a selfie of the couple kissing in front of the large Christmas tree in Martin Place.
Another photo shows Karina in an eye-catching off-the-shoulder orange dress, again showing off her baby bump as she poses in front of what appears to be a hotel window.

The third photo shows Narelda and Karina in very similar black outfits, enjoying a fun moment in the elevator.
A cute carousel was surrounded by a couple in love hanging out with friends, and even Narelda started to repair the home.
Although the post was met with an outpouring of love and congratulations from friends, fans and followers, not everyone was so generous.
One cruel troll took time to criticize the couple’s baby news, saying: ‘I’m sorry the child doesn’t know who the father is.’
It is not clear whether the donor is anonymous or is known to Narelda and Karina.
Karina, who is the former chief of staff to Greens Senator Sarah Hanson-Young, didn’t take it lying down, wasting no time firing back at the scathing comment.
‘Who made you the author of our family’s story?’ she replied.
Followers quickly came to the couple’s defense, responding to the unpleasant comment.

‘Good thing it’s not your child, it’s not your life and it has absolutely nothing to do with you, so just scroll on! I had to be fucking negative, huh!’ one answered.
Another chimed in: ‘I’m sorry for your negative mindset! Your comment is so out for 2025,’ while a third jumped in with: ‘I feel sorry for any child you have with that homophobic and bigoted attitude.’
A third retorted: ‘Pity yourself and your miserable life, you unfortunate troll.’

Taking to Instagram while at the beach earlier this month, Karina and Narelda dropped their baby bombshell during an announcement of an upcoming book launch.
‘We have some exciting news,’ the bikini-clad Narelda told the camera before Karina added: ‘We’re going to have a book baby.’
Narelda then revealed that the couple was expecting.
‘Oh, we’re also having a human baby, due next year,’ she said.
The journalist and the political advisor then kissed.

One follower called it the ‘announcement of the YEAR!!!’ among many other congratulatory messages.
Brittany Higgins expressed her well-wishes to the mums-to-be, calling it “the most wonderful news I’ve heard in a while”.
‘Congratulations to both of you!’ added the former Liberal employee.
Other big names chimed in, including Bindi Irwin who wrote ‘CONGRATULATIONS!!! Such wonderful news!’
As well as the pregnancy news, the couple also revealed that their ‘adult satirical picture book’, If Queers Weren’t Meant To Have Kids, has been picked up by publisher University Of Queensland Press (UQP).
