The Singapore government has started Medisava payments under the insurance package from 2023 to 2025, where eligible Singaporeans will receive a payment to reduce their financial burden and ensure that every citizen gets quality healthcare without any financial problems.
The government has introduced an insurance package to support citizens to meet their expenses with the rising cost of living, reduce the impact of the GST hike on households and help them save more for their healthcare needs. Who will receive the AP MediSave top-up?

- You belong to the age group of (a) 20 years and below or (b) 55 years and above;
Exemption:
- Singaporeans who also hold foreign citizenship will be excluded from AP MediSave benefits until they only meet the Singapore citizenship criteria.
How can you claim the $150 AP MediSave payment?
The Singapore government will make an automatic payment to eligible Singaporeans based on their CPF account details. Singapore citizens who meet the eligibility requirements do not need to apply for AP MediSave payments.
