Common CSIR-UGC NET June 2025. It is expected in May, a pattern of eligibility and examination


A notification of a joint CSIR-UGC net June 2025 is expected to be released in May 2025. This will be held for aspirants who want to be assigned to a net certificate, required for appointment for AP; And for those who want to get awarded JRF to continue the study (doctorate) from scientific and technological disciplines.

It will be held for five subjects: life sciences, physical sciences, chemical sciences, mathematical sciences and science about Earth. The application form is expected to be available for three weeks between May 2025 and June 2025. Flowness criteria

Fulfillment of complaints for this exam for this younger research scholarship and assistant professional (lecture) is available below.

  • The candidate had to follow M.SC., M.TECH, M.Pharma or any equivalent master of the institution recognized by GOI.
  • Individuals followed by a four-year BTECH, BS-MS or BS can only apply for Junior Research Fellowship.
  • The age of candidates should not be below 21 and over 30 for JRF, no relaxation of reach for Assistant Professor.

Relaxation of age is applicable 3 years for OBC-NN, and 5 years for SC and ST; The minimum requirement in Master is 55% as an aggregate for ur, OBC and EWS; and only 50% for SC, ST and PH; For graduation, it is 75 for unreservedly, and 70% for reserved candidates for categories.

Application fee

In order to apply for this exam for any subject, a candidate who belongs to the unreserved category must pay 1,150/, those belonging to OBC-NN must pass ₹ 600/-and paying the amount for the scheduled tribes and scheduled caste is ₹ 325/-stio by another capita or net.

Exam structure:

Paper questions are divided into 3 parts:

  1. Part A: General ability (common for all items)
  2. Part B: MCQs specific to the subject
  3. Part C: questions based on analytics and apps

Marking Scheme:

  • Correct answer: +2 or +3.5 or +4
  • Incorrect answer: -0.5 or -0.75 by the wrong answer in the A/B I -1 in part C.
  • Unprotected questions: No traces rejected.
