Siri Lopez Voice Settlement
The lawsuit was filed against Apple in 2019, claiming that the defendant recorded the conversations of the former or current user without their consent when communicated with devices with apple, such as Apple Watch, iPad, iPhone, MacBook, IPod Touch, IMAC, IPOD TUCH or Apple TV, etc.

Who can claim?

Payment of the settlement
The members of the Lopez Voice Assistant Class will receive a payment from the net fund for the settlement, which is the remaining fund after the administrator seizes taxes, administration costs, legal compensation and costs, costs of litigation and awards for services.
