Who can claim?
According to the settlement of the BIPA test that includes NCS Pearson, Inc., people who meet the following conditions of eligibility will be members of the class and they can apply for cash payment:

When to expect?
Members of the BIPA Test Settlement Class can only expect a payment after the Federal Court approves the final approval of the settlement, which should be held on July 08, 2025.
