Individuals who received the consumer advice on the delivery Dordash allegedly used to fulfill the guaranteed amounts Dordash offered between July 2017 to September 2019 are eligible for Dordash settlement.
Qualified individuals who submit a request before the deadline for submission of a request from February 10, 2025. They may receive at least $ 2.00 plus a proportional proportion of settlement amount, shortly after March 4, 2025 through the manner of receiving direct deposits or physical checks.
Payment Date of the Doordash Payment
November 7, 2024, the Office of State Attorney Illinois launched a lawsuit against Dordasha. This lawsuit states that Dordash has violated the Illinois consumer fraud and a deceptive business practice law relating to Dordash’s previous “Payment Guarantee”, which Dordash used to pay brution in Illinois between July 2017 to September 2019.
According to the conditions of the Class Action, Dasher payments can be distributed within 90 days after the settlement entry into force (November 14, 2024). Therefore, individuals may receive the payment of settlements shortly after March 4, 2025, only if they have filed valid claim forms.
Allegations by Doordadash Settlements
The class lawsuit stated that Dordash, between July 2017 to September 2019, brought customers to believe that their Dashere’s advice would increase Dashera earning more than Pay Dordash offered Dashere. The lawsuit also claims that Dordash used the consumer tips to help meet the minimum payment of the guaranteed critics (“guaranteed amount”).
Dordash denies all of these allegations and stated that all the advice is already paid to the Dasher, and the guarantee model pays properly and transparently compensated for the lines for their efforts. An important event and the Dordash settlement date are listed in the table below.

DOORDASH FLOWER PAYMENT amount
Individuals who have filed an accurate and valid request may expect to receive at least $ 2.00 plus a proportionate proportion of the settlement amount.

DOORDASH PAYMENT METHOD

Who is eligible for paying dooordash?
In order to qualify for receiving the payment of dooordash settling, individuals must meet the following requirements for the fulfillment of the conditions.
- Qualifying Dasheri are those who have delivered delivery to customers at Illinois by the Dordash platform between July 2017 to September 2019, were paid in accordance with the salary guarantee model, or those who, during this time period, left advice on the customer at such a delivery that Dordash allegedly used to fulfill the guaranteed amount.
- Candidates should submit a valid request form before the application deadline for application 10. February 2025.
- Applicants must be a permanent resident or a citizen of Illinois.
