Kendall Jenner has given fans a sneak peek into her sprawling £8.5million home, which she has meticulously decorated for Christmas.
The stunning 6,000-square-foot Beverly Hills home, formerly owned by Charlie Sheen, received a major makeover, and Kendall hailed Architectural Digest to showcase the results.
And the 29-year-old model certainly pushed the boat out this year, with a home that includes two giant Christmas trees, loads of vintage decorations and a sentimental family heirloom passed down from her mother.
Wearing a Nordic-style sweater, Kendall revealed that she likes her home to be ‘really cozy and very homey’, leaning towards ‘everything feeling as organic as possible’
Indeed, this is reflected in her holiday decor, with natural pine branches spread across the property, dotted with acorns, pinecones and holiday holly.
Opening the door to her living room, Kendall displayed the larger of her two Christmas trees, which were decorated with fairy lights and vintage ornaments from her childhood.

Speaking to the camera, Kendall explained how the ornaments are original Christopher Radkos that were passed down by her mother, Kris Jenner, 69.
Gushing about how much they mean to her, Kendall shared how she grew up with the trinkets for ’29 years of my life’, adding that they are ‘literally my childhood’.
In the living room, there was another handmade item, a large statue of Santa Claus, which Kendall also fondly remembered from her younger years.
The reality star detailed how her mother was a huge inspiration for her holiday decor, with Kris ‘always decorating the whole house’ for her six children over the years.
Kris’s influence was clear in the living room, with Kendall’s huge, real fireplace adorned with a festive wreath and traditional stockings modeled after her childhood.
She also displayed a cute dollhouse her mother gave her, which was a replica of the one Kris had in the family home when her children were growing up.
Meanwhile, another cozy living room featured Kendall’s second tree, with this spruce decorated with twinkling lights and red velvet bows.
Below that were perfectly wrapped gifts that were also decorated with the same red bows.

Giving further insight into what inspired her holiday style, Kendall explained: ‘I love vintage, I’m always looking for vintage inspiration.’
She also shared how ‘Martha Stewart is big on my mood board’, as the camera then panned to the many vintage-looking toys and decorations scattered throughout the home.
The vintage feel extended to Kendall’s Christmas table in the dining room, with a natural pine branch centerpiece, with the table decorated with a gingham tablecloth, chic Hermes plates and bowls of fruit.
Kendall also revealed that she worked with floral designer Jeff Leatham on the holiday decor, adding that he is the ‘master’ and her ‘Christmas angel’ who sources all her wools and helps decorate them.
In the kitchen, sister Kim Kardashian continued with the rustic look, with winter flowers and fruit adorning the huge island, along with a gingerbread house and an array of desserts.
The founder of 818 Tequile also showed off her bar and proceeded to pour the holiday drink herself.
During the tour, Kendall revealed that she’s made some artistic changes and decorated a few new rooms since she last welcomed Architectural Digest into her home last year.
In June 2020, Kendall first revealed the estate in Architectural Digest.

Fans have learned that Kris Jenner’s daughter is a ‘tea addict’, bathes three times a week in a GOLD tub and has penis measurements in pink neon in her living room bedroom.
She also doesn’t allow a TV in her living room because she prefers to talk with friends, and she turned the home theater into a room where she paints.
The cover took its fans around a ‘peaceful’ Pan-Mediterranean villa where one likes to ‘take a sound bath’. Sound baths use notes that repeat at different frequencies to help take your focus off your thoughts.
As for her tub, it’s a massive freestanding, long oval, and shines abundantly. “I bathe at least three times a week,” she said.
There is also a steam room, and Kendall said she did the most work on this room because the ceiling is raised.
She also said the neon sign hanging on her wall — said to be worth up to $130,000 — in the living room off her bedroom has meaning.
The TV vet said she thought they were penis measurements.
The sign is from 1999 and is by Tracey Emin. It allegedly states the penis dimensions of the ex-boyfriend of the British artist.
Once in her bedroom, Jenner showed off a corner where she has a plug in a teapot. She admitted to being a ‘tea addict’; in the past, Kendall has said she doesn’t drink coffee.

Along with Turrell and Emin, Kendall’s art collection also boasts museum favorites by contemporary artists Barbara Kruger, Richard Prince, Raymond Pettibon and Sterling Ruby. Two of Kruger’s pieces are seen above

She said her favorite part of the house is this stone sink that is so heavy (300 pounds) that the wall had to be reinforced to keep it from falling.
The star also invested heavily in the home, which features a colorful light sculpture designed by world-renowned artist James Turrell. Similar pieces from the esteemed California artist’s Glass series are valued at a staggering $500,000 to $750,000, according to Artsy.
‘I love a house that has character. When I walked into this place, I was immediately drawn to the peaceful, Spanish-style, farmhouse vibe,’ Jenner told the magazine of her 6,625-square-foot, U-shaped space.

Jenner made sure she could develop her own creative skills by replacing the home theater with an arts and crafts room with Art Deco-inspired tile designs.
The house itself has an interesting history. Kendall bought a place in Mulholland Estates from actor Charlie Sheen for $8.5 million in 2017. Before that, it was owned by billionaire Tom Gores, one of the owners of the Detroit Pistons.
