That was the speed to send the player selected with Vancouver’s first pick in the expansion draft, but still took Bell by surprise. When he celebrated the story from the team hotel in Newark, nj, following a busy, delayed day filled again – the journey in us.

Everything Is new for the 25-year-old captain and look at you, who kicked off the residential campaign on Friday with the victory OTGE OWTH Now in the middle of 11 days, a three-way road trip, including the return on Wednesday with his old equipment in Ottawa until the KTY Sports)

This interview – Part of a regular series featuring Pigl players, staff and management – has been edited for length and clarity.

Sports: You are the first captain of the Vancouver History Franchage History. What does that mean to you?

Bell: I certainly don’t expect, with the group that we have – we have a lot of leaders that are in the bathroom that have experience. So, it’s just great to be thankful, and I can be happy to help this team in the cause of the amazing players.

It’s been a few months, starting with the expansion period in June. What was that experience like for you?

Obviously, there is much to be known in time for everyone. You never really know what’s going to happen, what’s the format? How many players will you protect.

Once I’m not stopped in itotawa – don’t feel there, the player he’s protected wrongly, with VanceLle, and Vanctle But Variover especially, just in Canada, and out of Kulem, that’s just me I’ll see myself saving myself root and long. So, when it was all kind of early process, I used to order it, garden garden garden) and collected interests and women’s hockey. Hearing my name called in the expansion draft is super special. I couldn’t be more proud and honored to be a part of the organization.

It’s early days, of course, but what are your impressions of the team and its identity?

There is a lot about where the team is, just on paper, how skilled and connected we are and how much experience we have in the counter space. I think we can play to different strengths, which is super exciting. We can be physical, we can be fast, we can make beautiful plays. And I think you’re going to see a little bit of us. I think the longest now is resistively solid, then what will make us like in the zone and the amount of skill and free twitch in the O-Zone, it is also difficult to play.

What has your experience been like in Vancouver so far, in terms of getting to know the fanbase and the hockey market?

I moved out to Vancouver at the beginning of July, so I’m kind of what is homouver in Vancouver is the season of professional women. Anyone you’ll run into on the street is just excited to have a team here, to get a season ticket, and just super unemployed.

And it’s open at home, I still don’t think it’s completely different in just messing with the game. Fors to the right right off the bat, and just have (colisum (Pacific) packed like amazing).

Just have our own rink too – that’s it PEOPLE Barn, with our branding and our logo all over and skating out onto the ice with Goldeneye (logo) in the middle of the ice, it’s pretty cool to watch hockey away. We are only burdened that we can call that place ours.

I want to know what it felt like in the Rink when Sarah Roring scored that first goal.

You can’t steal it better with mensey getting the first goal and then going back and forth – you know, we’re down, we’re claik Then for (abby) Boreen to get the winner in overtime, we couldn’t have planned better. It’s just a Super game that jumps to the rescue to claim, I give it to us to show the good of this league.

You made your way to Ottawa on Wednesday night and had a really good reception from the fans. How does that feel?

I am thankful for my two years there. I learned a lot and had a great experience. The community is amazing. I love the city and the fans and we have a great group of girls. So, it’s definitely a little bittersweet, look at the girls, but I’m grateful to be in Vancouver and get a part of the organization and help me become a paragon.

You are in the middle of a long road. Does the initial chemistry help, considering you spend a lot of time together?

It is definitely useful. We have some time here on the road in our days off to watch videos and learn the system, and I think it will definitely help us in the buoyancy and culture that will be among our group. We have a super-interesting group, so it’s even easier. A lot of character people in our locker room and just good people. So, we’re definitely excited to be on our way today.

Looks like a great weekend to be in New York.

Huh. After the game we have a few days in New York before we go to Boston, so we have a trip planned to get into the city, which will be fun.

Maybe some shopping ahead?

I think we’re going to see the show, the music.

Oh, it’s fun. Do you know which one?

No, I don’t. (EMMA) Kind Greko ‘Field Committee’ Wanted ‘We called him (Laughs), so he planned some things for the girls to go.
