Outgoing US President Joe Biden addressed the nation from the Oval Office for the last time on Wednesday night before the inauguration of Donald Trump.

In his farewell speech, Biden spoke of his record of promoting democracy during his tenure and warned against oligarchy and the threat of climate change, the technological industrial complex and artificial intelligence.
