Does anyone see it? Searching for the family of a missing teenager

When the 19-year-old Cole Cole Cole walked out into the night, maybe this year, no one would have imagined him in the final hours.

He had been out with friends at a pub near his home in central central.

But the old phone call is Calling the Virgin – no text, no social mail.

When there was still no trace of him five days later, he called the police.

“I told him he was just a lost young man who was stuck and drunk,” said Cole’s Mama, Wendy Stendy.

He said he had been told Cole was not a high risk.

Police risk assessment is a critical part of missing person investigations. It is a set of questions establishing the possibility of others who may come.

Questions include the perceived risk of suicide, and whether it is out of character for people who have lost their lives.

The risk rating given by the police determines the level of relaxation for the case.

Pulphandand said the decision of the issue presented is based on the condition and age of a person, sex or not a factor.

Cole’s family told the BBC’s disclosure program that they had told police from Bulance Cole that there was no unusual behavior at first – and that he had struggled with mental health.

“We explained to the police about Cole’s mental health. Although Cole has not been diagnosed with depression or anything like that, he told Wendy.

“And they still don’t put kole as high risk.

“He never ran away … the police never got involved in his son’s life up until the time he disappeared.”

Police initially deemed Cole to be a moderate risk after conducting an assessment and speaking with family and friends.

He said Cole regularly moved between addresses and it was not unusual for him to be out of touch with his family for a period of time.

The Cole family felt like they had no choice but to become researchers and make their own appeal.

Aunt, tennee tennee, said: “We just decided we will do it ourselves when they don’t hear us.”

They took to social media, writing a simple post: “Has anyone been seen eating?”

“Minutes made there, running a kind of spiral,” Narya Ngungkari.

Cole’s story began to spread across Scotland and beyond. Its dangerous in some more Tiktoks, Instagram stories and Facebook Updates.

Families run specialist pages, and tweets and information are shared online between thousands of people.

The court they received hundreds of messages from people who thought they had seen the kole.

The family organized the party, which was crucified up to 300 people in the time before the appearance.

Teachers who have surprised the strict community in banknock, a former mining village on the banks of the longitude-clyde near where Cuang Kole. These residents are left their territory when they help to see.

The family also began going door-to-door, asking people to check their security cameras.

“It’s kind of sad that it got to the point where we had to do that,” AIMPE said.

“It seems that you concentrate on your grief and your despair and your break for that person, you are now in a different role.”

Police Police said the family revealed that they want to find their own interesting, which they are entitled to.

Police have also been looking for cole.

At 6:00 a.m., he again ran a line near the middle of the bank, then down cumbernauld road.

It is the last confirmed viewer of cole.

There are around 15,000 missing person reports to police scotland every year – around 40 a day.

Although most of them are found or come back to 20 people every year not found in 12 months.

It is estimated that 75% of adults are unharmed when they go missing, and last year 97 dogs were found after being reported missing.

According to organizations specializing in missing persons, men are at the highest risk of serious harm in the hours and days after they disappear.

The family regularly recounts the campaign of the same experience: that their son does not appear vulnerable.

They speak of age and gender as buffers that flow the sequence.

Kolyaigners say the harm that we young men patients, it is impossible and disappear to disappear – and therefore lost vulnerable – can cost lives.

Josie Allan is Head of Policy at Missing People, the UK’s only charity dedicated to reconnecting loved ones.

“We are told by the family that this messenger is because the missing person is a young person who will be fine, the child will return.

“There is a lack of vulnerability that is accepted with young men, when in fact we are worried if it is a young woman who has been away for a few days.

“We don’t need to understand the risk that they will have to eat, and my family just message the results of the risk, it can inform the amount of resources that they are looking for.”

Five weeks after he died, his body was found by members of the public in a small area, next to his child’s portharh. He was hidden against a tree with a ligature around his neck.

The exact cause of death could not be ascertained during the post-mortem examination.

Police told the family there was no evidence of anyone involved in Cole’s death and said it was unknown.

“What’s off limits?” asked Wendy. “If you say you think my son has taken his own life, then why do you still have something that doesn’t exist yet?”

Josie Allan said this often happens if police sources are not put into a thorough investigation.

“It can actually contribute to an unpleasant outcome because unfortunately money is lost,” he says.

“There are better risks that are not interested in getting a feeling quickly, and so are not likely to be corrected as quickly when something does not work for them.”

Police Scotland told the BBC that all deaths where the circumstances or causes are unknown are being treated with care.

“The initial protocol, similar to the basic sateur death, is well made available.”

The new Scottish Government has overhauled our national framework to strengthen assessments and promised more support for families.

But campaigners argue that unless deeper cultural assumptions around young people are addressed, gaps will remain.
