Go for Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin rocket

Jeff Bezos’ company Blue Origin has successfully launched a rocket into orbit for the first time.

The reusable rocket, New Glenn, was originally due to lift off earlier this week, but was delayed after “vehicle subsystem problems”.

The mission was partially successful after the booster that propelled the rocket into space failed to land on a platform in the ocean.

However, it’s still a big step for Jeff Bezos and his company that has taken years to send a rocket into orbit.
