At least 40 companies are believed to have recorded money for work they did in Birmingham, UK and were created before ISG contracts were put up for auction in September.
Small and medium-sized Fblus called it must be protected because of the violation of justice (Moj) promised to pay the group bank project that goes through extraordinary projects (PBAS).
But some businesses are now facing bankruptcy while others are threatening to take the cannon of the court. MOJ declined to comment.

Sales director Dan Henshaw said the firm received a stay until 2024 but was now on a month-to-month job, worth £130,000.
He described it as a “massive hit” when the usual profits were around £300,000.
“It’s just had a big impact,” he said. “We have overheads and paid staff.
“We are still dealing with reperpersors now and it is affecting the mentor’s cash flow.
“We have remained able because we are a well-known business but we don’t walk away with profit every year.”

A road project at HMP Birmingham has won the biggest contract ever, and it will be a swansong for years to come.
But he said his firm business is still not primarily £185,000 in two months of work, has been expected to make £75,000 in profit.
Mr Cochie said he felt “very bitter” that he had not been given the promised pbas thrower.
“We are quite clearly talking about safe money,” he said.
“It stopped other essay situations where the main contractor went bust and took everything buried, but that’s exactly what it is.”

Money paid into the PBA should be handed over to the supplier almost automatically.

“Companies are people and these are people with problems that need our government’s support.”

FIS is a supporter of several companies that mainly and helps the legal actions controlled by the Dickson law firm.
Erah Emerson, a partner at Dickson Hill, said they were involved in pre-deed instances with the MoJ to zero in on the project.
He said his client was a small company that felt down and didn’t understand what had happened to the money they were owed.
“That I say is a positive thing because (PBAS) will protect them from unexpected events,” he said.
“It is set up as a trust mechanism which means the fund is a ring.
“That means the money in the project’s bank account legally belongs to the person it’s paid for.”
Mount DickinsonThe office leaps back other guidelines in the PBA in July, although it describes them as “the new care paid to America”.
The BBC asked whether this had happened and when new guidelines could be expected but did not receive a response.
A spokesperson for the MoJ said they could not comment because of possible legal action.

“The bank account of the project (PBAS) has nominal funds in them when the administrator is appointed and claims that the funds are allocated to the wrong property.”
