Two men have been charged in connection with changing luggage in which what is believed to be a spray can cause damage at London’s hothrow airport.

Tiron Richards, 31, and Antonicke-meunagapteun, 24, are listed on two counts of Reviller and two tribunky courts, Chanpuns tribunous.

The charges follow an investigation into an attack at a multi-store car park in Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, two children were robbed of their bags after leaving the car park, police said.
